9Spokes, a Kiwi company that sells online business reporting software, kicked off investor meetings in Melbourne on Monday for a pre-IPO raising of $4 million that values the company at $36 million.
The company, founded in 2011, plans to raise another $15 million through a listing in the first quarter of 2016.
They have been spruiking recent contract wins with Deloitte and an un-named UK bank as well as dropping mentions of Gartner Cool Vender of the Year and IBM Smartcamp awards.
Lead manager Foster Stockbroking and advisers First NZ Capital, who have previously raised start-up capital for the group from family offices, will put the management team in front of investors in Sydney on Tuesday.
